1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our vehicle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Provide valid identification documents
• Have a valid credit/debit card in your name
• Meet our credit and insurance requirements

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time specified in your rental agreement and ends when you return the vehicle to the agreed location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Use of Vehicle

You agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Not transport hazardous materials
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with your rental. You may be liable for damage to the vehicle up to the security deposit amount unless you have purchased additional coverage or the damage was not your fault.

6. Payments and Deposits

A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection. Rental charges will be processed according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your rental agreement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
